No

Yes

Yes
VIII. Is continual faithfulness necessary for salvation?
Yes

Yes; they should be.
XIII. Must one be a disciple to be saved?
Yes
XIV. Will all the regenerate be saved?
No; all conditions apply
XV. Can salvation be lost?
No; the promise of a living hope and welcome stands in Christ’s finished work and intercession. It is dependent on God’s character (i.e. Omnibenevolence, Unchanging, Impossibility to lie & Immutable) What a believer can lose is faith (Apostasy) and so forfeit the free gift of God.
XVI. Can one lose all faith in Christ and still be saved?
No; this is called "Apostasy".
XVII. Is performance of good works a necessary condition for keeping in salvation?
No; if performance means how effective a person is in doing good works. For we are all a product of Grace.
Yes; if performance means the very initiative of a believer to obey and do the good works God has prepared in advance for us to do (Eph. 2:10).
XVIII. Are those who fall into serious sin still saved?
Yes; provided that they repent (actual) or are repentant (potential). By that, we submit that only God can rightfully judge the heart of man.
XIX. Can one die in serious sin and still be saved?
Yes; provided that they repent (actual) or are repentant (potential). By that, we submit that only God can rightfully and without impartiality see and judge the hearts of men.
XX. Are those who continue in sin saved?
No; unless they repent (actual) or are repentant (potential). By that, we submit that only God can rightfully judge the heart of man
XXI. Can we know we are saved while in a lifestyle of sin or in serious sin?
No; if we are implying that believers who are in a lifestyle of sin and without a repentant heart are saved when they die.
Yes; if it is a question of having the ability to "know". Whether a believer or not, all men can and may know if they are saved (or not) by the conviction and illumination of the Holy Spirit.
